So my sophmore year the seniors made this thing called "insperation" ... insperation was a big black wooden baseball bat with the words "insperation" writen on it. so it is kind of a joke between the uper classmen when ever were like. " we need some insperation to act better or play better or just be better " it made me laugh so i thought i would share.

I was thinking about doing somethine like that! That's great.

Our band uses "The Bone". Its just a large dog bone from PetSmart. After each rehearsal the best section of the night is picked by us instructors. The section can sign, paint, etc. then it is given to another section the next time. It works ok, but its getting to a point where it needs to have something added to help with the motivation.
