Where exactly do I grip onto these kinds of sticks? Should I wrap my fulcrum around the notch? This makes sense if the fulcrum is between my thumb and first finger, but what about when I pull the first finger off and move the fulcrum to the middle finger and thumb? It's a little more awkward in that situation
