We've been using Brett Kuhns (IP) for 2 years. One year we used Hardimons... I didn't like them, too light and they broke too easily. I like the feel of most IP sticks. This year our line is going to use either the Kuhns, Casellas... Or the McNutts. Our new drum tech this year is a guy named Ben who was on Madison pit last year, so he is like brain washed on McNutts, though he says he also likes the IP's too.

Being brain washed by McNutt's is not a bad thing. Our instructer was center snare for a few years at madison and McNutt writes our music...But the are great sticks

We starting using Innovative Percussion Mike McIntosh signature sticks near the beginning of October. I love how they play. But before that we used Ralph Hardimons.

My lines use Silvefox sticks. Indoor they used the SFMS in the Fall we used both the SF1005 Mickey Hartzog sticks as well as the SF4s. The tenors also used the SFXC in both indoor and the Fall. We had great luck with the durability. Honestly out lasted the Vic stuff we had and the fit and finish is far better than the Pro-Mark stuff they were using. I think they were using the Charlie Poole stick(he is sort of a big name up here).

For our outdoor season, we used Vic Firth Hardimons. Wooden tips. Awesome sticks.

For our indoor season, we at first used two pairs: Vic Firth ScoJo “Scooters” and Vic Firth Tom Aungst Indoors. We scrapped the “Scooters” halfway through the season and replaced them with Hardimon Indoors.

I’d like to use ScoJo sticks for the upcoming fall season but I think we’re gonna stick with Hardimons again.
