Does anyone know where I can find Hi-Hats that attach to snares? Like the ones on the snares for the Cavs in 2001.

You could use this bracket from XL Specialty, which normally sells for $30-35. Since the Cavaliers use XL hardware, there's a pretty good chance that's what they used.

Another option would be to use a Pearl MUH-10 or MUH-20 (shown here) plus a cymbal stacker, which would be fairly close in price or maybe just a few bucks more.

...and of course, you'd need to buy the plates, too.
