Yes, my fine DLO friends, this is indeed taken from the Snare Playing forum. It seemed to be popular. And it's always nice to hear other person's opinions.  Hokay, so what are your absolute favorite tenor sticks and mallets. Of any and all brands. My opinion... *IP- sticks: shortys mallets: FT-1AH *Vic- sticks: vegas (duh!) mallets: MT1A

I'm seeing a lot of the promark Mike Stevens sticks being chosen. I've never played marching promark sticks. They any good?

i enjoy vegas for everything. =] no mallets, i don't like them at all. if anything i'll use sco jo's as well, and our tenor line used scott johnson snare sticks last fall. O__o i agree with hiredgoonthug... when it comes to set sticks, promark is better. but when it comes to marching sticks, of course nothing but vic firth
