Coke-line visual, for instance, is easy to understand. The aborted fetus thing, on the other hand, is sort of... avant garde? I don't know how to explain good, but you put both stick in a hand, then bunch of arm movements until you end up with a sick hidden behind your arm, hence the disappearance. Then you make it re-appear. It's really cool, look around for it to get a better explanation or video!
