Leif Marwede - '86 Devs - tenors
Brian Spicer - '99 Cavs - tenors
Bill Carnes - any year with 27th - tenors
...and, as much as I hate to say it, Rich Viano had a great snare solo in '89 when he was with Star.

I'mma have to go with Keith on the Brian Spicer pick... who doesn't love a solo choc-full of notes, some of which played with wiffle-ball bats?

Another favorite of mine is Scott Kretzer from '90... just entertaining to watch, and it won!

Too many to list..

Spicer still has unbelievable hands. Hard to imagine what he could have done had he marched his last few years of eligibility.

Scott was just one of those guys that was born to play a snare drum. You almost thought his left hand could turn 360 degrees.
