I looked at this post to find how I could improve my left, but This pretty much assures that nothing will help me.
But you have to understand, I broke my left elbow, and if there is one thing I can tell someone, it to never break your bones at the joints. As to why this matters, my left wrist can only turn to about 5" because too much calcium built up in my wrist and created a seal where the two bones slide over each other to get the heights.
Final note, Whatever you put up here probably will never get my wrist to turn vertical because my bones are welded where they shouldn't be.
