My technique is fine that's not the issue it's literally my wrist wont rotate as far as it should. and wholey crap reviving a dead thread haha. any way some of the above comments from when it was first posted seem to be doing the trick so thanks

Do the hang loose hand sign with your left hand. (I think thats what it's called with your thumb and pinkie finger out) and then just rotate it as fast as you can. It's easy and you can do it anytime.

Sorry -- I didn't look at the dates, so I didn't notice the guy above me was resurrecting a dead thread. (Must be a n00b.) wink

Just to clarify, I wasn't trying to insult you by saying that you hadn't solved the problem in several months. Also, I don't think that the issue of left hand rotating difficulty is limited to just you and it didn't disappear from the face of the earth in 2 1/2 months. I was trying to put more information for the general public to have another person's input on this issue. Sorry I somehow offended you, but my post wasn't really even directed at just you.

I looked at this post to find how I could improve my left, but This pretty much assures that nothing will help me.

But you have to understand, I broke my left elbow, and if there is one thing I can tell someone, it to never break your bones at the joints. As to why this matters, my left wrist can only turn to about 5" because too much calcium built up in my wrist and created a seal where the two bones slide over each other to get the heights.

Final note, Whatever you put up here probably will never get my wrist to turn vertical because my bones are welded where they shouldn't be.
