Tom Float will be coming out with a book as well. He gave me the exercises he wrote for the book, and they're amazing. Not only are they good ways to learn hybrids (as well as fundamentals), but they groove pretty well. One of the many things in it is multiple variations of paradiddles, things to add on it, etc. When that comes out, I'll let you know.

Anothony Cirone books do WONDERS for your sight reading skills. It's a collection of 40+ etudes (I forgot how many exactly) that are actually fun and challenging to read. I highly recommend checking them out.
