Yep you read right, Vega has signed with Promark and created a new stick with them that obviously Blue Devils are using.

I wonder what VF will call their Vega's now?

I bet they'll call it "the nylon experience", lol heck i have no idea. Blue devils went to Promark, Vega works for Blue Devils, its not too suprising.

Vic Firth officially calls the stick the Scott Johnson "Vega" Tenor Stick. Since Scott's still with Vic Firth, I think it's likely they'd just drop "Vega" from the name, making it the Scott Johnson Tenor Stick.

I think Jeremy from BD's quadline told me that sean completely signed over to promark (hence rcc's newfound switch)

No, the MS3 was originally the Jim Casella signature model. As far as I know, Brian Mason has signature keyboard mallets, but hasn't had a VF snare stick.

Brian Mason did have an indoor snare stick, but I think its discontinued.

Brian did have a line of indoor sticks at one time. I think they were marketed for 2-3 years before leaving store shelves for good shortly after he left Phantom.
