I have a way that I do this but I was just wondering how you guys do it here. That is, having a cool transition flip/spin to go from playing in traditional to playing in matched and vice versa that is easy to do, fast, efficient and looks good.

I tryed to search for this but I didn't know what to call it so I'm posting it here and if it is already posted then sorry.

Starting from matched, I move my first finger so that the stick is in between the first and second. Then I turn my wrist counter-clockwise until it's in the traditional position, move the thumb under the stick, and shift my second finger back over to form a traditional grip. Going from traditional to matched I do the reverse.

Do this spin backwards, but when it's right about to go back into the original traditional grip, let the stick transfer from in between your ring and middle fingers to in between your middle and index fingers. When the spin is done, you should be back in traditional grip except the butt is facing out instead of the bead. Then, do a backstick into matched.
