Line_ODrumz Registered: 09/06/03 Loc: Bainbridge Island, WA	We don't really have a formal winter drumline, but we do continue to work on drumline material during concert season and for basketball games. We don't usually compete with drumline stuff (we have other things in the works for that), but sometimes we will perform it at our concerts. But the drumline does march in a Christmas festival or something like that. That would be sweet if we had a winter drumline though.... elipse2003 Registered: 08/03/03 Loc: Dickson, TN	We used to have a winterline but competition got the best of them so it was stopped. Now they just do percussion ensembles. drummerbabe Registered: 10/08/03 Loc: Michigan	we do a kind of winter drum corps. its only for brass and percussion, but it's non-marching and people use marching instruments. im doing it to work on my bass drum skills (they're not so hot right now). we do have a winter guard too. they do competitions, its a lot like interplay if anyone's ever heard of that. _________________________ "You know how it is with us bass players; everyone either wants to BE us or DO us." N6snare Registered: 09/12/03 Loc: Virginia	My line doesn't have an indoor drumline, but we have a percussion ensemble. We do hand drum stuff, keys, and all of the other goodies. We did this song a couple of years ago, that we got to play with trash cans. It was kind of like "Stomp" We had a lot of fun with that, and we can't wait to see what we are going to be doing this year. It should be a lot of fun. YEAH!!! Oh yeah, our flags do a indoor show. We sometimes help them paint stuff for their show.
