Flamadiddle-diddles are tough, but they're not the hardest rudiment by any means. The only thing that makes them difficult is the 2 taps going to the accent, but you have a ton of time to relax in the middle of the rudiment. This makes them way easier than similar, but busier rudiments like inverted flam taps, fubars, inverted cheese etc...
Those aren't even the toughest rudiments to play in my opinion anyway.

My favorite would be the one I've named as the "Tap cheese-amacue". You take an ordinary flam rat and move the flam over onto the drag portion thus creating the "cheese" with the ratamacue following. So that leaves you with a Tap-cheese-amacue. The hard part is keeping the accent to tap relationships...similar to "gridded" cheesed ta-chuddas. Otherwise, I think stick control is the hardest to perfect at all volumes and speeds with the same touch and quality of sound.

I'd have to say anything with cheese on it. Cheeses are the only ones I really can't get. Maybe I'm lactose intolerant ?

All the other standard rudiments are fairly easy. I have to sit down and play them some to get them going good, but it usually doesn't take that long.

I have the hardest time with inverted cheeses. It seems inverts in general are pretty tough. I find regular cheeses pretty easy but inverts not so much.

I can play snugglebunny of rudiments but I am having trouble with Tajadas. This is mainly a flam accent with the accent on the third note.

Keeping hertas clean and from becoming swiss army triplets at 216 bpm is my weakness.
