Inverts are just really chop demanding. You can get them fast if you really really really work at them. And rudiment that has a double hand up stroke is eally tough to play. But the Flam Parididdle diddle is the hardest to play clean and fast.

Personally, I have some trouble with the flammed-mills, left-handed flamcues (most people skip these altogether), and left handed swiss army triplets once you get really fast. Cheese inverts can also be a pain fast because they look and feel much more awkward than most rudiments (even other inverted rudiments) because of how little space there is between inverted motions (vs. inverted 3's, inverts, etc.).

With the flam fives your hands must relax.

Flam fives are sort of like six-stroke rolls with the first two notes pushed in together. Practicing those should help.

Inverted Flam Taps, hands down the hardest to play fast and clean. I can get maybe 120. nope cheese inverts are mad harder

Well, If we are talking standard rudiments, then I'm pretty sure it goes to the inverted flam tap, Trying to get that fast is pretty much a bee. I was having problems with the flam drag for a long time too. I can play those at a fast tempo all day now, but getting them originally was a pain.
Hybrids, Then the cheese inverts probably take the cake.
