There are a couple of preview pages on the site, I don't know how else you could check it out.
I'll have to put up some comments from those that already have the book.
If you don't like it, I'll gladly refund your money.
Greg

Well maybe this post should be in another post, but I recently purchased the book and I've had enough time to have a lot of fun with it. As the first few pages say, this book is NOT for beginners. I don't consider myself an expert in any means, but I feel that I have come away with a greater mental understanding of rhythms because of Slammin' Hybrids. It has somewhere around 84 pages packed FULL of great exercises that aren't just everyday stuff. It's really fun to sit down with, and I HIGHLY recommend it for any medium-advanced drummer who wishes to improve their playing while being challenged and having a great amount of fun.

may i ask what book that was and where you purchased? those sound like a blast. i love john wooten's "drummer's rudimental reference book" but it's just the pas rudiments for the most part. i've got a link to 30 hybrids somewhere on disk and i'll post it when i find it. i can only play about 10 of them so far.

This book is very much like John's Reference book. The exercises are laid out similarly, but it goes over all the contemporary stuff that John missed.
It's available on my website

Thanks for the kind words gnome
