ok... heres the deal. I've decided to start a "Points System" you can call it. It's out of 5, and each week, I test the padawans on 5 things, and at the end of the month, I total up the points and treat the the person(s) who won. I dont know if this is a good idea or not... I need some input.

are you the one funding the "treat" at the end of the week? that could get very expensive, very fast.

I would have the points be for playing ability, practice put in, determination, etc. Then have the winner be section leader. Our football team is doing something similar. The player who goes to the weight room and lifts the most gets first pick for their jersey number since they would have the most points, second in the running gets second pick and so on and so forth...
