There's a big picture of the marching band kids from 1989, and their uniform is white, orange, and yellow. Anonymous Unregistered	White sticks out better, if you have a great marching band..go with white shoes, if your marching band is so so at marching with hi toes, then go with black because it's not as noticable as the white shoes.

Quads4Life Registered: 10/28/05 Loc: Copiague, New York	our band is white shoes and white pants. Keeping white shoes white is a real job. Even when they are brand new they still look dull compared to the white pants. I would think that black shoes are easy to take care of vs white shoes.
